My first day in a new third grade i ended up getting lost on the playground cause i lost my guide (that were called buddies) that the teacher assigned to help me. I came to my class an hour late and was pretty shy cause i was in a whole new school. I told my teacher the reason i was late was because my buddy didn’t tell me anything. I got yelled at and lunch detention for ditching. My buddy got away scott free…

Later that year: i was VOLUNTEERING to stay behind to clean up a science project. There she told me: probably the reason your dad left was because of your mom. Granted i was in third grade so i didn’t know that was meant to insult me. And i didn’t tell her the true reason for my dads departure from new york.

Anyway another story: it was fathers day. Or close to it. Dad was in Arizona at the time and i was used to being too poor to buy a sheet of paper and a pencil. So we were doing arts and crafts for our dads. I told my teacher: my dad isn’t here do i really have to do it? The answer was yes you could mail it too him. I was getting used to having a full fridge. We dont have stamps. Not my problem.

So yeah. I both hated and loved ny. And Ms. Fisher if your still there… Fuck you
